Amy of Amy’s Creative Side is hosting the Blogger’s Quilt Festival. Bloggers can share up to two quilts by writing a new blog post for each quilt and linking to the festival link party. This is my very first time to enter. Most of the quilts are traditional, but as Amy said, there are no restrictions and to share what you love.

My ice dyed and turntable spinner art fabric
This small quilt combines my love of ice dyed fabric, with a fun technique using a turntable. For information on my spinner art, check out these posts.
I found that matchstick quilting really made the ice dyed background pop out.
Adding lots of stitching to the center of the spinner created movement.
The background is another piece of ice dyed fabric using the same colors but a different design.
Come check out the other quilts over at Amy’s blog. If you have a quilt to enter, drop by her post and link yours up. The Blogger’s Quilt Festival is open until September 24.
This was my first mini quilt in my spinner series. Now to get back to play!
