My article shows five different techniques I developed using the spin-art machine. That was a fun assignment.
Also in this issue is an article by Carol Ludington on her Iced Parfait dyeing technique. She mentions in her article that she was inspired by my ice dyeing article in the August/September issue of Quilting Arts. It’s so nice and a blessing to be able to inspire others. I am definitely going to try her technique soon.
Quilting Arts is a magazine I absolutely love. It’s also a joy to work with the staff there. Now to get back to some creating. Happy Sunday all!

Lavenders are my most favorite flowers to grow. Love the color, scent and shape. You have more in your garden than I do. Some just don’t like our wet Northwest area. It’s amazing the different shades of lavender they come in: pinks, blues, dark, medium and light. No matter what, they’re my fav.
