Well, Wednesday afternoon wrapped up my five-week “Fearless Art Journaling” at the East Branch Library. We had such a fun time.
The last session was using stamps for our lettering and then making them our own. We just didn’t have enough time to get everything done.
I received this art journal to fill from Art Camp For Women. My students will be completing these pages before I send it back. Playing in these pages will give them the opportunity to try some of the techniques they learned in class.
Teresa, who sets up the classes at the library, made me this cute journal. The cover is canvas drop cloth. I can see paint on this big time!
I had bought one of those drop cloths a while back but haven’t done anything with it. Teresa has made curtains and all kinds of neat things with the material. Another project for my list!
I was so surprised at what I learned from the group and how talented they all were. I really love to teach. There is something about sharing with others and seeing them get excited. What a great experience!
