[donotprint]A couple weeks ago, we again headed over to Reid’s Orchard and picked up three more different bags of apples: Fuji, Golden Delicious and Winesap. Of course we had to have a taste test after they were dried.
After tasting all three, we agreed that both Fuji and Winesap tasted better than Golden Delicious. However, they are all keepers.
Meanwhile, I’ve made a couple apple crisps. This is another recipe from More with Less Cookbook with just a little tweaking.
This is so easy, quick and good!
This apple crisp was especially good. I used mostly fuji apples.
I also made some almond biscotti for my friend Joy and Marsha’s hubby Tony.
